- Free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
- Order cut-off: orders placed before 4:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.
- Processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Transit time: 4 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Total estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days from order placement.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day. Processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping Area and Fees
At this time, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. All orders within the United States qualify for free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase required.
Transit and Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, transit time is typically 4 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday). Combined with processing, total estimated delivery is 5 to 10 business days from order placement. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier, destination, and circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
All shipments include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate in the carrier's system. You can also follow your shipment progress on our Track Your Order page.
Delays
Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including peak periods, public holidays, severe weather, or carrier disruptions. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 3 business days. If your order still has not arrived after this time, please contact us at support@cultofmode.com so we can assist.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Cult of Mode is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense or to process a refund (excluding original shipping costs).
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible before an order has been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@cultofmode.com. Once shipping has started, cancellation is no longer possible, and you may instead initiate a return in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cultofmode.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
