Refund policy

Overview of Key Terms

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • No restocking fees apply.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Cult of Mode covers return shipping.
  • Exchanges are available, subject to availability.

Return Eligibility and Conditions

Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • In their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Packaged in their original packaging where possible.

Return requests submitted after the 30-day return period will not be accepted. All returns require prior authorisation. Items returned without authorisation will not be processed and will be refused or returned to sender at the sender's expense.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or final sale reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear, lingerie, and intimate apparel.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been used, washed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

How to Start a Return

  1. Request a Return: Email support@cultofmode.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos of the item and packaging.
  2. Receive Instructions: Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide the correct return address and packaging guidelines.
  3. Prepare and Ship: Package the item securely and send it using a tracked courier service. We recommend keeping proof of postage until your return is processed.
  4. Inspection and Outcome: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional few business days before the refund appears on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, email support@cultofmode.com with your order number and the details of the replacement item. Exchanged items must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns. If the requested item is not available, we will process a refund instead.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter the processing stage. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@cultofmode.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may still initiate a return once the item is delivered, subject to our return policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cultofmode.com and include:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photos of the item, labels, and packaging.

Once verified, you may choose between a free replacement or a full refund. Return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are covered by Cult of Mode.
