Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Transit time is typically 4 to 8 business days. Total estimated delivery is 5 to 10 business days from order placement.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
Delays can occur due to factors outside our control. Please allow an additional 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery window. If your order still has not arrived, contact us at support@cultofmode.com with your order number.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You may return an item within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided it is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

How do I start a return?
All returns must be authorised in advance. Email support@cultofmode.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide the correct return address and instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Cult of Mode covers return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional business days to appear on your statement.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes, exchanges are available within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to stock availability. Contact support@cultofmode.com with your order number and the details of the replacement item.

What items cannot be returned?
For hygiene, safety, or final sale reasons, swimwear, lingerie, intimate apparel, gift cards, and items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely in United States Dollars (USD).

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payment transactions are processed securely through Shopify using industry-standard SSL encryption. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations and address changes are only possible before an order enters processing. Contact support@cultofmode.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed or shipped, changes are no longer possible.

What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cultofmode.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Products & Sizing

How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

What sizes do you carry?
Every dress on the site is available in sizes XS through 2XL.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and display calibration.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Some items may be restocked, depending on availability. Many pieces are available in limited quantities and may not return once sold out.

Privacy & Account

Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect your personal information. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

Do you sell my personal data?
No. We do not sell your personal information.

How can I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
Click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email, or contact support@cultofmode.com. Transactional emails (order and shipping updates) will still be sent.
