Delivery times are estimates in business days (Monday to Friday) and begin after dispatch, not at the time of order. The destinations we currently ship to are shown at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day. Processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping Area and Fees

We currently ship to the United States and Australia. All orders qualify for free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase required. The destinations we currently ship to are shown at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

All shipments include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate in the carrier's system. You can also follow your shipment progress on our Track Your Order page.

Delays

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including peak periods, public holidays, severe weather, or carrier disruptions. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 3 business days. If your order still has not arrived after this time, please contact us at support@cultofmode.com so we can assist.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Cult of Mode is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@cultofmode.com. After 2 hours, processing has usually already begun and the order can no longer be cancelled. You may instead initiate a return in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cultofmode.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.
